Maybe we should make a new rank, Mini-Mods, Mini-Mods are your basic moderater but a mod in training. So for example, when we hire a new mod, we put them in a usergroup called "Mini-Mods" then even though they are eligible to moderate more than 2 forums we will assign them 2 forums and until they prove they are worthy of being promoted they will not moderate any other forums, even if they see something that needs to be moderated, if they do, they need to contact a real moderator. If the mini-mod edits stuff in forums that they are not assigned to multiple times they may lose their job. What do you think?
